During COVID, many businesses have expanded outside to continue to operate safely. The Green Loop presents an opportunity to create an outdoor experience that incorporates space for merchants, makers and restauranteurs to operate while also including space for artistic & community activation. The Green Loop segment within the Central Eastside is ripe with opportunities and resources to create something truly unique: The Industrial ROW (Right of Way).
Friends of Green Loop plans on working with Central Eastside Industrial Council and Brown & Carter Management to create and operate the Industrial ROW during COVID and lay the groundwork for permanent installations.
